Dr. Paul McGaha is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Community Health at The University of Texas Health Science Center and the Smith County Health Authority and Dr. Michelle Crum is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Health and School of Community and Rural Health at UT Health Science Center.
